Justice Rozi Khan Barrech Son of Mehrban Khan, was born on 7th March 1964 in Quetta. He completed his matriculation in 1984 and Intermediate in 1986. He did his graduation in 1988. He completed LLB from University Law College, Quetta in 1990 and Masters in 1991.

Justice Rozi Khan Barrech was enrolled in Bolichistan High Court Bar in the year 1992 and joined District judiciary in Balochistan as Additional Districts and Sessions Judge in the year 1998. He has served in various districts of Balochistan as Additional District & Sessions Judge and District & Sessions Judge, Special Judge and District & Sessions Judge Inspection. He took charge of Registrar, High Court of Balochistan on 4th November 2016.

Justice Rozi Khan Barrech was elevated as Additional Judge of the High Court of Balochistan on 31st May 2019. and confirmed as Judge of the High Court of Balochistan on 07th of May, 2021.

Justice Rozi Khan Barrech took oath as Acting Chief Justice of the High Court of Balochistan on 06th June, 2025.

Justice Rozi Khan Barrech took oath as Chief Justice of the High Court of Balochistan on 08th July, 2025. He was elevated as Judge Federal Constitutional Court of Pakistan on 17.11.2025.
